What do we want to measure/assess in the future? | all | How much $ has been saved? Raw number of titles exchanged and the cost to the CSU to be purchasing this. Is CSU+ paying for itself? Cost per CSU+ transaction Compare this cost to ILLiad cost per transaction? Schools that left Link+ would probably be particularly interested. Are there already benchmarks out there in the literature to calculate the transaction cost? - ARL does studies. Early 2000's tho. But there are a number of papers out there that we could develop. We could run a regular report of titles that have "exceeded their CSU+ borrowing/lending cost" to consider for ordering What is CSU+ not supplying? How to Identify overlap between ILLiad requests and CSU+ requests? Since we have long trend of statistics reported with ILLiad we can observe what percentage of requests came through ILLiad and compare that with what percentage of requests are coming through. Turnaround/delivery times Is the average amount of time patrons are waiting longer or shorter than before CSU+? This may not have an effect via CSU+ as many campuses had CSU campuses first in their ILLiad strings What percentage are patrons receiving their request in 3 days? Mallory will come back with questions from the April COLD meeting. |
