    • Use list of issues from Regional Meeting
    • Look at Discovery-related topics on Implementation Checklist for Primo
    • Webinar from demo
    • RFP list
    • Solicit input from working group
      • --->develop evaluation matrix
  • Compile list of sites + post on Confluence
    • (San Marcos, Sac State, Boston, Orbis members)
  • Evaluate sites based on matrix
  • Ask working group members to evaluate specific aspects
  • Develop decision tree with workflow recommendations for local implementation
  • Develop implementation templates 
  • User testing (comparing various templates)
  • (Develop & disseminate skills inventory survey based on STIM "expertise & skills inventory"?)
