Institutions who want to opt out of consortial indexes need to "uninherit" from the central instance in their account

There's a bug that prevents us from accessing the list of consortial subscriptions.  But you can "export active resources" which includes a column on consortial subscriptions.

Currently, all resources in Summon are available when you expand beyond the library's resources.

If there are specific things on the list that you don't EVER want your users to see, then uncheck it locally rather than uninherit.  Alexander Street Press is a resource that you can't access unless your campus subscribes.

Hathitrust is unchecked because it is subscription and unavailable to search unless your campus subscribes. Database of Open Access Journals is checked

Changes to activations are picked up on Thursday and indexed over the weekend.

PCI harvests data from SFX to determine which resources your campus subscribes to.  It adds this information to its knowledgebase to differentiate "library collections" from the "beyond the library's collections" expanded results.
