Problem Statement

The new ScholarWorks needs some enhancements to its overall design, including small changes to the facets and labels, to major new content and design for the home page.  Additionally, in order to meet accessibility requirements, we need to conduct an accessibility review of the new application, create a VPAT, and devise an accessibility enhancement plan.

Nice to have:
