• Updating the list of license options with a selection of more current CC licenses.

• Would it be preferable to list CC licenses by their short names? "CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BY-ND".

• David will look to add the newer 4.0 CC licenses, taking into account that some records already have a 3.0 (or earlier) license.
