Enhancement Team reviews, dedups, scopes, verifies and sets up vote in NERS (6 weeks)

March 29 –Apr. 12, 2020First round of voting (2 weeks)
Apr. 13 - 15, 2020Enhancement Team reviews results, prepares to send to Ex Libris for pointing
April 16, 2020Enhancements to point to Ex Libris
April 17 – June 11, 2020Ex Libris pointing work (8 weeks, includes ELUNA meeting
June 14 -June 27, 2020Second round of voting on pointed enhancements (2 weeks)

January 10, 2020

Final day to submit new enhancement requests in NERS

Jan 10 - Feb 29

The Primo Enhancements Team reviews, dedupes, scopes, verifies, transfers to Alma NERS when necessary, and sets up the vote

March 1 - March 21

First round of voting

March 22 - March 31

The Enhancements Team reviews the results, and prepares them for ExLibris to assign complexity points.

April 1 - May 16

ExLibris adds complexity points to the top voted results. The Enhancements Team determines if a second round of voting is needed

May 17 - May 29

If necessary, a second round of voting takes place at this time

December-January

IGeLU/ELUNA member campuses should submit all pending enhancement requests to NERS.
Campuses without 
IGeLU/ELUNA membership can submit enhancement requests to the Chancellor’s Office. Chancellor’s Office to share enhancement requests on Confluence.

Mid-January

Compile enhancement requests for Alma and Primo & submit requests via NERS (or via the Chancellor’s Office for those without IGeLU/ELUNA membership). 

March-mid-April

Review Alma and Primo enhancements and determine local voting priorities (if IGeLU/ELUNA member). Participate in voting on CSU Chancellor’s Office survey.  

May-June

Review 2nd round Alma enhancements and determine local voting priorities (if IGeLU/ELUNA member). Participate in voting on CSU Chancellor’s Office survey.

July/August Submit feedback on the enhancement process to the Chancellor’s Office.
