| Mid-April – End of April | Enhancement team reviews results, prepares to send to Ex Libris for pointing (1 week) |
| Mid-April | Enhancements to point sent to Ex Libris |
Mid-April – early/mid-June | Ex Libris pointing work (6-8 weeks, includes ELUNA meeting) |
Early/mid-June – early July | Second round of voting on pointed enhancements (2 weeks) |

| Early July | Slate is finalized and submitted to Steering Committees/Ex Libris for final approval |
Suggested meeting/decision schedule for campuses:

| End of March | Review Alma enhancements and determine local voting priorities (if IGeLU member). Participate in voting on CSU Chancellor’s Office survey. |
| Mid-April | Review Primo enhancements and determine local voting priorities (if IGeLU member). Participate in voting on CSU Chancellor’s Office survey. |
| Early-June | Review 2nd round Alma enhancements and determine local voting priorities (if IGeLU member). Participate in voting on CSU Chancellor’s Office survey. |
| July/August | Submit feedback on the enhancement process to the Chancellor’s Office. |
