Review survey results.

• Generally reviewed the responses to the survey
• Many campuses, where any work is being done to integrate reserves or other materials into the LMS are doing so manually
  • A lot of this is to specific resources (articles, e-books) in database rather than to discovery
  • Not much of a need, then, to migrate existing links
  • Some campuses using Xerxes export to Blackboard, which will need redirects.
• Interest in reading list application
• Interest in greater library staff access to the LMS
• Interest in library modules within the LMS

Define scope of work

1. Build reading list tool
2. Create best practices document for:
   • Creating modules in LMS (Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas)
   • Standardizing on Shibboleth for authentication
