Fines/Fees
Inventory
We will invite Amanda G.to a FFC meeting in December (schedules permitting) and then she will train the entire FFC so that we can add this training in January or February to our training at our Open Meeting.
Workflows
We discussed the workflows and decided to start uploading our documents to our Team Drive.
Once the workflows are up, others are encouraged to put comments on them, however, please don't edit someone else's document. The owner of the document will make edits based off of the comments, if necessary.
Walk In Patrons
We spent the remainder of the meeting testing and creating a workflow for Walk In Patrons.
Christine Evans (Unlicensed)will create a Walk In Patron workflow and others can update and add to it as necessary.
