after data is extracted, stop cataloging & acquisitions right away
stop primo changes after 3 days
data copied over from testing to prod system
4 days of campus testing ending with data acceptance from campus
fulfillment freeze - extract fulfillment files and send to ex libris, no more circ
test fulfillment data transfer and accept. this is go-live
