Adding All ScholarWorks Records to Everything Search:
Contact bdudley@calstate.edu to have all CSU ScholarWorks records added to your Everything search tab in your library’s Primo.
Adding Campus SW Records to Own Search
Follow these steps to have your campus ScholarWorks materials appear in your default local search.
PBO -> FE & Delivery -> Scope Values
Create a new scope value
Owner -> Your institution
Scope Value Code -> choose your Campus Scope Code from table

Scope Value Name: Whatever you want
Type: Collection
Use scope for: Search, others as appropriate
Click Create
Deploy
For adding Campus SW Recs to own local search:
Same as for adding everything, except choose your local scope instead of the everything scope
To create a separate search scope in dropdown list:
PBO -> FE & Delivery -> Views List
Find Main View -> Edit
Save & Continue
Add Search Scope
Give it an appropriate name (no spaces) & Description
Click Add
Add desired display text
Check box next to scope you created earlier
Save & Continue
Continue
Create A New Tab
Give it a name and description
Add a New Scope -> Select scope you created earlier -> Add
Save & Continue
Continue
