1:25-1:45 | Customer Service Follow-up with ExL | We have finished work with Ex Libris on the first 3 survey issues we brought to their attention from the survey and have been asked to bring the next batch forward to work on with Ex Libris. As before, we should focus on issues that are actionable, have a definable end product and a terminal timeline.
