CSU Analytics Consortial Folder Clean-up

  • Folders that we discussed last month

    • Posted about them on Slack and the listserv.

    • The ones in the network folder have been moved to the Review for Deletion folder. “MARKED for DELETION” was added to their descriptions of the ones that are in the community folder.

    • When only some of the contents in a folder were moved, I created a folder called “From xxx folder” under the Review for Deletion folder and moved the contents into that folder.

  • Changes made to the Analytics Usage Tracking Dashboard

    • New default values for the prompts

      • Report folder path defaults to Analytics Usage Tracking Dashboard folder.

      • The begin date range defaults to 24 months from today.

      • Default values can be and should be changed before running the report.

      • Two new tabs were added with new variations to the usage tracking report.
