CSU Analytics Consortial Folder Clean-up

  • CSU Libraries’ Alma & Primo Analytics Consortial Folder Policy

    • Presented & opened for feedback at the open forum on 4/25/2024. There was no feedback received from anyone outside of the committee.

    • Finalized & posted on the wiki on 5/31/2024

  • Available tools and helpful documents

    • Analytics usage tracking dashboard - /shared/California State University Network/Dashboards

      • We noticed last year that there’s no field that shows whether a report still exists or has been deleted.

  • What’s been done so far:

    • What to do with folders such as Rapido that are at locations that currently don’t follow the policy.

    • Folders that were marked for deletion but did not get deleted.
