• Reached out to 8 campuses for additional information for the Data Sheet

• Added a section for “Content Types” to the completed Data Sheets that includes:

  • Format Types (e.g., photos, videos, documents, newspapers, etc.) - Describe

  • File Types (e.g., TIFF, PDF, JPEG, MP4, etc) - Describe

  • Simple Objects (single file) - Yes/No

  • Complex Objects (multiple dependent files) - Yes/No

• Added information to this section for: CSUN, CSULA, CSUSM, SFSU, CSUSB

• Created copies in Google Docs of some Self Evals that had been uploaded as PDFs so that we could add information to them and re-linked to these in the “Complete Self Eval” spreadsheet
