Scenario 4:  Opt-in resource that has a negotiated price that includes more than one resource. NZ ER Administrator will set up order in the NZ, will mean there is more than one collection for a specific database in the NZ.

Example: EBSCOhost Academic Search Complete –set up a negotiated license for the ASC-only subscription for Libraries A, B & C and a combined Academic Search Complete and Business Source Complete negotiated price for libraries H, I, J & K

Order Academic Search Complete and add the negotiated license for the ASC-only subscription.  Libraries A, B & C will appear as Available For in the NZ and will have a PO for the ASC-only subscription.

Then the NZ ER admin will order Academic Search Complete again and attach the negotiated license for the combined ACS/BSC subscription.  Libraries H, I, J & K will be set up to share this e-collection in the NZ and will have a separate order.

Then attach the POL and negotiated license for the combined ACS/BSC subscription to the Business Source Complete e-collection.

In the library instance:

Order the ACS e-collection that is available to the subscribed library which will use the negotiated license with the cost of the subscription of the combined ACS and BSC e-collections.

Then do a Technical order with zero cost for BSC so the library is not charged twice for single subscription.
