What analytics reports do we need to make? Media materials are a concern. Is there a way we can find out if a person requested an item more than once? Maybe not. Some libraries anonymize their data. How often do patrons keep materials beyond the due date? Interested in looking at distribution of overdue materials. Will schedule meeting to go over analytics reports.

Publicizing “Long Overdues” guide

Guide is confusing. How long should a lost item stay on a patron account? Should this be separate from the CSU+ Lost guide? Wait until October 3rd to publicize. Investigate fines and fees.

Completed but Not Received

How do we identify requests that were turned around in transit? Completed but not received report also includes requests that were cancelled by patron because they also don’t have a received date. Need to publicize rs_allow_action_on_scan configuration. Encourage people to cross out straps on CSU+ returns.

We are not a NERS representative and cannot test request “rollback” yet. “Reactivate Request” feature is available. Could be used to deal with “Completed but not received” items. Is request roll back feature on Alma roadmap? Joe, Karla, and Natalya will look at “Reactivate Request” feature.
