| Description | Have more complete information about Google Scholar exports and configuration for the post-Migration Task and Check lists. Part of the work will be done by ExL and the last part of the configuration will be done by the library. ExL will send instructions on what steps the library will need to take. The Catalog Task Force discussed the information sent from the ERM Task Force on single e-book and e-journal subscriptions. The policy is recommending that single e-journals should be ordered and activated in the CZ. Still working on workflow for e-books. Discussing the future of e-book activation because how it is ordered affects acquisition decisions and future analytics (who in CSU bought certain e-books and should SDLC take a look) ERM Task Force is recommending that MARCHIVE records be migrated from the ILS. Recommendation appears in the ERM P2E e-resources document. CAT TF is also discussing future of MARCHIVE records. ERM TF list serv created to help answer question or troubleshoot ERM. Allows a venue for tech services folks to ask questions about electronic resources or about the three models of ERM/ACQ. |
