Reporting form
  • Campuses would only need to manage the configuration variables in their local custom JS.
  • Dave can/will (?) set up something on CO side to route problem reports to appropriate individuals on each campus
  • The script can direct to any type of email or web service destination. CSUDH has set it up to work with LibAnswers. CSUSM form uses Gmail to receive email from their form, which is then harvested by JIRA.
  • Campuses will have options for customizing the form.

Would be useful to analyze non-CSUSM sites at the same time as follow-up assessment for internal survey. This would allow us to incorporate useful features and attributes from other institutions into recommendation for CSU libraries.

Need to have a group review the top sites and pick out items that we would recommend.
