We will need to to send a reminder about overdue, what is priority is patron facing due dates. What about external ILL Loans? Are we sending any communication to other libraries about CSU items on loans to other libraries? There’s a general consensus that items do not need be returned during this time. Re-opening dates for all campuses may different so it may be easier to leave extended due date emails to come form individual campuses.
