Note: Content issues are generally addressed by the Reference Attorneys, but they might need to join with CTS TA Support to recreate the issue because of the IP authenticated aspect of access. To recreate the exact issue, they may need to access via the customer’s IP authenticated link rather than via their own OnePass login credentials (which is tied to slightly different subscription content and searching interface).
