Why are we doing this?

To improve the user experience and backoffice management functions associated with paying and managing Library fines and fees.

Scope

  • Integration with PayPal API for fines and fees payment processing.

Requirements / Risks

Fine / Patron Payment Integrations (PayPal, CashNet)

Resources

There is currently no active project to standardize fine and fees integration across the CSU.  There are simply too many divergent local practices to make this feasible.
