CSU Analytics Consortial Folder Clean-up | | Folders that we discussed last month Posted about them on Slack and the listserv. The ones in the network folder have been moved to the Review for Deletion folder. “MARKED for DELETION” was added to their descriptions of the ones that are in the community folder. When only some of the contents in a folder were moved, I created a folder called “From xxx folder” under the Review for Deletion folder and moved the contents into that folder.
Changes made to the Analytics Usage Tracking Dashboard Folders under /shared/California State University Networks to review Folders under /shared/California State University Network/Reports to review ACRL IPEDS Official ULMS folder "consider deleting/copy of Run in the IZ" subfolder "consider deleting/he_315172180002914_2914_d_na03.alma.exlibrisgroup.com" subfolder 4 reports under "consider deleting" folder "consider deleting/Alternate NZ Reports" subfolder "Run in the NZ/consider deleting" subfolder The report for 40A exists in the Run in the IZ folder. The report for 40A in the Run in the NZ folder had no usage. Will delete. The other two reports with "TEST" in the names had no usage. The whole subfolder will be deleted.
