Primo VE Testing

• Primo VE testing in process on each campus. Feedback has been positive.

• Fulfillment functions need to be tested:

  • Course Reserves items (do they show, can they be reserved, etc.) - searching, placing holds

  • Equipment checkout

  • Placing holds

• What implementation needs to be done before testing?

  • Primo VE should be set-up. Some campuses do not have single sign-on set-up.

• We will spend time during FFC meetings to test.

  • Chris will create a spreadsheet to document the testing process.
