Campus Updates/Announcements	Chris - RSFC has had change of leadership. Chair is now Megan Weldon.
Issues	Some of Sac State Library's responses from my inquiry (some of these things are not fulfillment related):  (1) issues such as facets not showing up when they were there earlier.  (2) issues with Esploro records and how they displayed.  (3) We want more control over labels in Find It/View It/How to get It sections - elaborate (4) Fix your LC Subject Browse, Elaborate - Ex Libris in OneSearch; no longer brings up records  (5) Record deduping needs improvement  (6) Relevancy ranking needs improvement - different configurations for each library/customizable  (7) Need a clearer path to reporting errors in CDI. Fix requests go in but nothing comes out. Piecemeal process trying to fix a mountain of dirty data. For article-level records, where the library has some print holdings, use the print holdings to determine availability of the article when determining how to display the ILL GES link. The link will often not display for articles when the library has physical holdings for that title, but does not own the specific year.
Satisfaction Survey	Survey and Open Forum for Alma/Primo VE Satisfaction  Open Forum - December 13th at 1pm-2pm  Deadline to submit 12/17 Only 2 responses so far. There may be some confusion as to which survey folks are filling out. Rapido tag in OneSearch shows results in Everything scope for items not held by home library. Highlights for open forum: Lost/Lost paid/ Lost & Overdue Profiles Record deduping needs improvement LC Subject Browse Issues with facets ExLibris support issues
