ULMS satisfaction survey- Salesforce Case 00815713 update

NZ Management Group updates

Authority Control Task Force Recommendations

  • The

Authority Control Task Force (ACTF) has been testing authority control workflows in the NZ Alma instance. Members have been troubleshooting reports based on the types of headings involved (Names; Name-Title; Subjects; and Genre). They’re using authority control tools (e.g. PTC macro) to resolve problems. Members are drafting recommendations, which will focus on scope of work, recruitment, training, and workflows needed to support authority work for our consortium. Draft Recommendations will be submitted to the Resources Management Functional Committee on April 30, 2020. 

  • committee concurs with the task force recommendations. Israel will forward to Steering Committee Chair with the committee’s comments.

MARC fields in Primo (display/search, etc.)
