Update on ERM Wiki working group

• The group is still working on updating documentation.

• There may be an opportunity to put together a priority list for the new Acq Task Force to work on updating Acq documentation.

• Christina Hennessey is putting out a call for task force members. If you know anyone who is interested, please encourage them to join.

ERM Office Hours

• Next Office Hours: Friday Feb 16th 10-12.

• No one came to the last one…..change time? Send out calendar invite? We worked on updating the ULMS ERM contacts page during the office hours(Kirstie will try to raise this issue at the ULMS Steering Committee Meeting)

• Will try to switch to one hour going forward and will send out calendar invitations to hopefully have people attend.

ERM Problem Reporting Workflow/Contacts

• Kirstie, Jessica, and Ying have have an initial draft of a workflow/guidelines document, specifically focused on shared consortia e-resources. We would like feedback from the committee before presenting at a ULMS TS Open Forum

• We reviewed the draft during the meeting and made some tweaks. Kirstie also emailed the draft to the committee members for further feedback.

• Kirstie, Jessica, and Ying will meet with fellow CO colleagues and then discuss with Christina Hennessey how to best roll this out to the campuses.
