Rapido currently does not follow the unmediated lost item workflow following the lost item Terms Of Use (TOU) settings. The process is somewhat manual, but with the following sets and workflows it is also fairly simplecan now follow the library TOUs to make the process more streamlined and automatic. This page has been updated to reflect the new mostly unmediated processes. Before these workflows can be used the library must update their Lost Item Configurations to allow for automatic charging.
