Survey Distribution and Timeline

  •  David Walker will put together a list of Primo/Alma contacts for each campus and the survey will be distributed to that group.

Criteria for environmental scan?Timeline?for the scan will parallel that used for CSU survey/observational scan. May need to add some other criteria if we discover additional functionality/UX to emulate.

The committee discussed how to select institutions to review.  https://el-una.org/working-groups/primo/primo-sites/ and committee knowledge of where development is taking place would help with putting the list.

Goals are to work on missing features and improve weak spots. Examples include problem reporting forms for Primo and using SMS for sending call number information.

The group shared several examples of link resolver problem reporting forms.
