- Preparing campuses for the configuration form
- Understanding and preparing for the Vanguard load
- Patron load. Determine exactly how it will happen, what fields will be loaded into Alma (work with Systems group)
- Resource sharing. How would each different option work (Alma, ILLiad, INN-Reach, Link+, etc) and what common policies can be implemented CSU-wide?
- Discuss and possible implement CSU-wide circulation policies and parameters
- Discuss and possibly implement CSU-wide fines and financial policies
