• From Andrew: “The Audit and Certification of Trustworthy Digital Repositories: Recommended Practice document is worth examining, but Section 3 on ‘organizational infrastructure’ especially might provide some core common concepts and standards. Hopefully you’ll find it helpful.”

• ULMS governance structure.

• WRLC has an interesting model.

• Concerns about load on ScholCom given larger structure.

New migration & implementation plan

• Several folks liked the plan.

• Concerns about having two system in parallel (DSpace and Hyrax) for too long.

  • Could stagger campus use of the new system based on estimated data migration date.

• Next steps include fleshing out some more details and adding in a calendar.
