• Subjects:

  • LR: Check with Discovery about usage for ETDs; PNX might be able normalize in Primo

  • TH: Students don’t supply SHs, they won’t require students or faculty; moving away from SHs generally; subjects mostly only have a single instance, so not necessarily useful for collocating materials

  • AL: staff supply SHs and QC student/faculty submissions

  • KC: Samvera metadata is modified from DSpace, etc. data (existing)

• COVID impact: hiring freeze

• Repository Personnel Registry and associated communications lists

  • Small number of campuses don’t have dedicated staff for these projects

  • Identify campuses that have the bandwidth to assist campuses with less resources/lead the development

• Project Plan - will require coordination with MWG and David

  • TH/AL spearheading: working to develop a data dictionary so that campuses can front-end the metadata remediation work.

  • Plan to meet with campuses individually to assess readiness, needs, support, etc.

• Campus capacity/readiness assessments

• DAMS for digital collections assessment

• Hyrax sandbox implementations
