Goals
- Focus on the New UI (with AngularJS customization package capability – general release is in August)
- How users are using and navigating the website (navigation, language, labels, tools) --exclusive of collection content and results ranking
- Includes discovery and user-facing services
- Best practices of website experience applied to Primo. Recommend usability standards.
- Focus primarily on external students/faculty
- Run usability studies; collect usability research and tests
- Create a toolkit that contains: research, usability testing instruments and results
- 3rd party integration working on AngularJS. UX Task Force could request/vet/test customizations

Deliverables
Toolkit to distribute to CSU campuses which will include:
- Bibliography of Primo usability studies
- Primo suggestions and best practices based on literature and usability studies conducted at several CSU libraries
- Links to Primo customization options
- Accessibility concerns and recommendations based on accessibilty testing
