One of the new features in Rapido is the ability to make Borrowing and Lending sets. Sets are essentially saved groups of filers in Alma. You can easily make your own sets and/or use the out of the box sets in Rapido.

Making Sets

To make a set go to either the borrowing or lending sections of Rapido and look at the “all active borrowing requests” or “all active lending requests” sets. You will now see either all the active borrowing or lending requests. Use the filters on the left-hand side of the screen until you have the group of requests you want to easily access at any time. For example, you can filter to Rapido Indicator = Yes and Lending Library = all the CSU libraries and click apply to see only Rapido requests from CSU libraries, aka CSU+. Once you have the group you want click Save as a New Set to make a new set.

Managing Sets

To manage sets select the gear at the top of the Rapido section of the Alma toolbar.

On the following page simply make sure the sets you want to use are active. The default sets, your saved sets, and the set saved as “public” by anyone at your institution will appear here. You can also click the ellipses next to a set to delete or edit the set.
