- Resource Sharing requests will transfer to the next library in the rota after two business days without a response.

Rationale:
- One of the benefits of CSU+ is the fast turn-around time.
- Staff should strive to ship books out within 24 hours unless their department is closed, understaffed, or due to an unforeseen event.
