• Beta testing - phase 3 deadline today!

• Phase 2 - waiting on Spotlight. Not a lot of testing, but mostly thinking about services.

• Gather testing results and give to CO for customizations.

  • Nicole and Steve will do this.

Migration update

• Wrapped up Channel Islands migration (over the halfway point)

• Remaining campuses: Fresno & Northridge

• Most opted to do data cleanup after migration

• Metadata team will look at metadata migrated over

• DSpace migration doesn’t include associated collections

MAP update

• Meeting every third Monday at 1pm.

• Open to anyone interested in joining

• Title, alt title, date field.
