Addition of Pub Int. Group to DRC

• proposal to add group to DRC, rather than as subgroup of COLD’s ScholComm committee.

• suggestion to keep chair as a liaison to COLD ScholComm committee;

• would function in similar capacity to current WG; rename as PWG: ;publishing working group'?

• Voted Yes to add publishing interest group to DRC. 6 Y, 0 N.
