  1. Primo status
  • Report new issues and questions via Salesforce; internal CSU discussions to Slack / listservs.
  • NR changes and renorms – next renorm tentative week of July 31st
  • Primo August release being scheduled for delivery (see August 2017 Release Notes; several New UI features added)
  • Ongoing publishing cycle has caught up for normal daily operations for all institutions
  • Sandbox repopulation
    • Default set for repopulation from Alma Production will be date-based  (a la testload)
    • July 31st deadline to create custom set from Alma Production if desired
  • Google Scholar cases


 

  1. Alma status
  • Report new issues and questions via Salesforce; internal CSU discussions to Slack / listservs.
  • Alma Health Checklist revisions – due date Mon, July 17
    • 2 campuses not yet submitted – please post to Basecamp when ready
    • ACTION ITEM: Dolph reviewing all checklists to assess remaining help needed
  • Switch To Support – estimated week of Aug 7 (Brian Noone, Sr. Support Manager, Ex Libris)
    • Specific schedule for STS meeting TBD, pending availability of ExL & CO team.
