1. Staff availability

• June 22-26: Megan at ALA (mostly available online)

1. Primo status

• Ongoing publishing cycle is running
  • Group 1 and 2 data published and ongoing
  • Group 3 data indexing; likely to finish hotswapping June 22 (3 days ahead of schedule)
    • Any delay is due to the larger-than-usual loads that are inherent to cutover.
• Last round of NR changes have been applied to newly migrated / published data
  • Same rules are in place on production and sandbox until all sites are loaded.
  • Investigations being done on reported issues (FAST heading examples, etc.)
• CSU Open Discovery Forum – Monday June 26 (11am PDT)

1. Alma status

• Cutover is underway now for all campuses.
  • Network Zone and Group 1 are live!!!  Congratulations!!!
  • Sac State and San Marcos are live on NA03!!!  Congratulations!!!
  • Group 2 are live!!!  Congratulations!!!
  • Group 3 checking data on prod (acceptance notification due today June 21).
    • Reminder: complete your Scheduled Jobs List and attach it to your cutover case in SF
    • Review “Testing Guidelines” doc from Sarina (incl links to Ex Libris testing guides)

      • Alma advanced functional calls – series on hold (per Brandon msg to PM list)
        • No call June 22
        • Series may resume if needed on June 29, if CSU requests
