  1. Staff availability

  1. Primo status
  • Ongoing publishing cycle is running
    • Group 1 data published
    • Group 1 fixed data (Fresno State, etc.) completing indexing (~80%)
    • Group 2 data queued and will run next starting today
    • Meanwhile, incremental changes are live for Group 1 sites
  • Last round of NR changes have been applied to newly migrated / published data
    • Same rules are in place on production and sandbox until all sites are loaded.
    • Investigations being done on reported issues (FAST heading examples, etc.)


 

  1. Alma status
  • Cutover is underway now for all campuses.
    • Network Zone and Group 1 are live!!!  Congratulations!!!
    • Sac State and San Marcos are live on NA03!!!  Congratulations!!!
    • Group 2 checking data on prod (acceptance notification due today June 14).
    • Group 3 scheduled for production delivery June 19.
    • Review “Testing Guidelines” doc from Sarina (incl links to Ex Libris testing guides)
