1. Staff availability

• June 9, 15, 16: Svetlana out

1. Primo status

• Cutover prep: Alma data deleted June 4 from production. 
  • Watch for updates on Basecamp if schedule changes.
• Publishing process from Alma was run; ExL testing and feedback before running pipes.
• Status of moving Primo PROD BO and sandbox from http to https -- COMPLETED
• Last round of NR changes will be applied to newly migrated / published data when ready.
  • Same rules are now in place on production and sandbox.

1. Alma status

• Cutover is underway now for all campuses.
  • Network Zone and Group 1 are in testing (acceptance notification due today)
  • Sac State and San Marcos are in progress of being copied to NA03.
  • Group 2 scheduled for production delivery June 12.
  • Group 3 scheduled for production delivery June 19.
  • Review “Testing Guidelines” doc from Sarina (incl links to Ex Libris testing guides)
    • https://calstate.atlassian.net/wiki/display/ULMS/Testing+Guidelines
    • Alma advanced functional calls – series on hold (per Brandon msg to PM list)
      • No call June 8
      • Series may resume if needed on June 15, if CSU requests
