When is the scheduled jobs list form due?

from yvonne to everyone:

For Group 2 libraries, June 12-14 are our testing data period and on June 14 we suppose to send in our acceptance letter. We are not sure whether we are testing the production environment, like in real time, or a sandbox environment in which we can make any changes and tests possible. If in real time production environment, are we suppose test not only the data itself, but all the functions like order, checkin, analytics? Will all the changes we made during the testing will actually remain in ALMA after go live? In other words, what are we suppose to test during those three day period? Pls. advise and thanks!!

from Christina (CSUCI) to everyone:

however, it'd be possible for us to activate these jobs on our own or no?
