I. Primo status

Config tasks: Lynn/Jim in progress with add’l NR changes from CSU Discovery Group
Rules from consortium workbook are in place now
Examples from Discovery Group are being checked & new rules in progress
Resource Type facet, print/e-book split are in progress w/ fix (next renorm)
o Rule changes should be in place next week
o After this, ownership of rules will move to CSU with ExL assisting
Publishing job will continue to be run manually (by ExL) 2x/month
Authentication
o display of user’s name rather than ID – addressed by Wei
o CSU progress (Dave): progress is continuing steadily; campus IdP’s need updating,
and one by one those are taking place (please check with your local IT if this is not
occurring)

I've had chronic problems, even today the telephone system fails to recognize Meeting IDs, so I hope that
WebEx will function better-- Skype/Lync has been a chronic challenge.

can we run jobs to test them. They are currently disabled at the institution level.
and you said the 15th, correct?

You can manually run jobs, Mike.
If you go to the scheduled jobs list, you can click on Actions -> Run Now to run the job and see if it does
what you want it to do
