CALSTATE weekly call

 1.        Introduction of Dolph Chaney as incoming CALSTATE project manager; transition timeline

 o     Note: Dolph will be shadowing the project during June, and in July, will take on a leading role while Audrey gradually transitions out.

 2.        Test load status

 o     4 institutions have been copied to production, we are loading Alma configuration; expect to begin releasing tomorrow, Jun 9
 

 o     15 institutions are being copied to production in batches; expect these to start to be released out gradually into mid-week next week
 

 o     Network Zone will be released once all institutions are complete
