CALSTATE weekly call

 1.        Test load status highlights- as of 6/1/16

 o     14 institutions have been released to the project team for checks

 o     12 institutions have been given the go-ahead for copy to production

 o     2 institutions have open questions that need to be resolved before moving to the next step (Pomona, Maritime)

 o     Alma configuration forms have been finalized for all except for Moss Landing and Humboldt (we are checking those now)

 o     Status: ok

 2.        Upcoming activities:

 ·          Test load delivery - Jun 9

 ·          Copy of San Marcos and Sacramento institutions (post Jun 9)

 ·          Next Alma functional call (Fulfillment) - Jun 16

 ·          Analytics trainings - Jun 21 and Jun 27

 ·          First look at Primo - Jul 15

 3.        July Certification deadline:

 o     Action: Audrey will sign July people up by deadline. Please get your names into the CALSTATE sign-up sheet by Jun 24. Brandon will send Audrey finalized list of names by EOB Jun 24.

 4.        Go-live dates:

 o     Action: Audrey to send Brandon the confirmed migration dates today

 o     Action: Brandon will socialize information to COLD and others by next week
