 1.        Test load status

 a.        All institutions in progress; on track

 b.       Fullerton file ok? Yes. Migration has downloaded the new file and will update us if there are any issues

 c.        Fullerton Verde file -- received? Action: Megan will confirm

 

 2.        Alma configuration form - questions?

 a.        Question from Fullerton: We also have a question re the config form IP ranges data validity check. We get an error that says the ranges must be lower to higher. It only validates when we have the range from higher to lower. Action: Fullerton to add this question as a case comment in their configuration case

 b.       Action: All campuses to email Brandon with finalized Alma config form (only when finalized!)

 

 3.        General topics:

 a.        Signing up for Alma Certification

 ·          Action: Audrey to get a list of people who are already signed up -- some confusion as to 'webpage issues'

 ·          Action: Audrey to write email to Brandon/David; need to create spreadsheet indicating which individuals/campus/month for Certification

 

 b.       Analytics Trainings in June  (please mind the dates below and check if you've got it on your calendars)

 ·    June 21, 9:30 – 11:30am Pacific – Operational Reports

 ·    June 27, 10am – noon Pacific – Introduction to Analytics

 

 4.        Upcoming activities:

 a.        Start of Alma Functional Calls; next week's topic: Navigation & Searching/User Management

 

 

 b.       Bad Lync experience with big calls. Recommend using Webex instead. Action: Audrey to create Webex invites for all Functional Calls; will forward the invite information to Brandon
