Meeting with ACQ Task Force at 11:30 to discuss Vendor Records
Fullerton Workshop agenda update
Hope to move ERM first with Model 1 being at the top
Policy Updates
Clarification of Models 1-3
Add sample workflow for Model 1 combination of ERM/ACQ ordering and activation
Meet with Acquisitions Task Force to discuss shared vendor records and licenses. Also discussed the 3 models of ERM/ACQ
UPDATE: housekeeping items
Also, the ULMS CO team is going over policies this week looking at content and clarity. Mallory is looking at the overall “voice” of the policies and formatting.
Policies are due this Friday. The ULMS CO Team will be going over the policies Monday morning.
As you know from the email Christine sent out, COLD is also looking at the policies. There has been a lot of discussion on their list serv the last few days about policies. When it comes to our policies, they want to know more about shared collection development and shared acquisitions. I’m waiting to hear back about what information COLD wants from our task force.
