Goals

  1. Track Down CSU Wide Policies- Different campuses different interpretations.
  2. Identify People at each campus who are stakeholders in each area of Access Services.
  3. Gather info from all Campuses- What do each of us do? Environment Survey to identify different service points, hours, services, etc.
  4.  Work on getting people signed up for the working group and determine who is signed up.
  5. Set-up Confluence to track tasks and summarize questions.
  6. IN PERSON MEETING- Circulation Conference similar to ISPIE
  7. What clean up does Access Services need to do?- Patron Records, Fines, Course Reserves.

  1. Defining what is the network zone.
  2. Deciding on integration w/INN-Reach
  3. Who will set up Parameters (Terms of Use, E.G.) in Vanguard testing.
  4. Testing Resource Sharing

• Course Reserves
  1. For those migrating we would need to help them figure out what to clean up and fields to migrate.
  2. What are some of the best practices for cleaning up course reserves and starting new.
