For Those New To The ULMS

NOTE: This page is meant to provide a one-stop shop for those library staff and faculty new to the CSU’s Unified Library Management System. Below are some tips for now to get involved in the various conversations going on and how to get up to speed on the various committees and methods used to govern our use of the system.

Communications

Conferences

  • The ELUNA conference takes place every year in a different location in the US. Typically, the conference spans three days (four counting Developer’s Day) in May. Post-COVID, only the Ex Libris informational sessions look to be available virtually.

  • eCAUG, the California regional users group, has held in-person conferences since August 2023 and plans to continue annual in-person conferences going forward.

  • Many other regional user groups hold online, virtual conferences that are open to attendees from anywhere in the US. Registration information for these are typically posted on ALMA-L and PRIMO-L.
