DSpace export to Hydra/Sufia/RDF/PCDM data mapping and migration

The mapping below is based on the DSpace packager export to AIP:

[dspace]/bin/dspace packager -d -a -t AIP -e email@address.edu -i community_handle path_to_export_filename.zip

*Note: Ensure that all community exports will be pushed into their individual folder as the zip file from the command is the top level zip, but each collection, community, and item are created in their own zip files within the same folder.
